The Royal Speaker: The Rhythm That Carried Him Home

🟣 Before the Stage, There Was the Floor.

Before I had the words to explain what I was feeling…
I had rhythm.

Before I knew what healing meant…
I had rhythm.

And before the world handed me titles, microphones, or stages…
I had a spoon in one hand and a pot in the other —
playing my way into peace.

What looked like noise to others was my first form of therapy.
Every day, for one hour, I was allowed to return to those same pots and pans.
That daily rhythm helped me regulate, express, and breathe.
It saved me long before I ever knew what I was being saved from.

I didn’t learn healing in a textbook —
I learned it barefoot on a kitchen floor in Longview, Texas.

And today, I carry that same rhythm into schools, memory care communities, mental health spaces, and stages across the country.
Because rhythm still speaks where words fall short.

🟣 This is the pulse of healing.
